This day was a very active one since my alarm rang at 6:30 a.m. Breakfast was at 7 o’clock and one hour after that I had a workshop with all the STS students. It was about getting to know each other and making new friends with the other exchange students. We had a bus for our group which took us to New York central station, one of the most prestigious train stations in the US.
We had some free time to get lunch so I went with a group of students I got to know to a restaurant. In the afternoon we went to Rockefeller center which was stunning. It was so tall and on the inside it was very pretty.
We took our bus again to central park after that and had some more free time there to walk around and to see the park.
Dinner was at Johns Pizza restaurant and I had some tasty pasta with bolognese sauce. At about 8 p.m. we had time to go to times square and see all the bright lights from the billboards on every building.
In the end it was a very exciting but also exhausting day for me so I was happy to go to bed in the evening.
